Nel contesto di una delle cerimonie più noiose e scandalosamente mal organizzate degli ultimi vent'anni, si sono appena assegnati gli 83mi Oscar del cinema.
Trionfa IL DISCORSO DEL RE (film, regia, attore, sceneggiatura), sorprendendo per la vittoria del regista Hooper; INCEPTION fa man bassa di categorie tecniche portandosi anch'esso a casa quattro statuette; THE SOCIAL NETWORK prevale in tre categorie (sceneggiatura adattata, montaggio e soundtrack), mentre THE FIGHTER si aggiudica i riconoscimenti per entrambi gli attori supporting.
Batoste per IL GRINTA (10 nominations) e 127 ORE (6), a bocca asciutta.
